How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout, but €0 is charged today — billing only begins when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that from the billing page. No setup fees, no minimum term.
Do you charge per user, or take a commission on bookings?
Neither. One flat price per workspace: Starter includes 2 members, Pro includes 5, Fleet is unlimited. Your charter revenue is yours — CharterFlow CRM never takes a percentage of your bookings.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes, any time. Plan changes and cancellation are handled through the secure Stripe billing portal, one click from your billing page, with fair prorated charges on switches. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Every record stays visible and exportable, and reactivating your subscription restores full access immediately.
How is VAT handled?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, the correct VAT for your country is calculated automatically; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged where applicable. Bulgarian customers pay 20% Bulgarian VAT.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU — Frankfurt, Germany. Every workspace is strictly isolated at the database level, sensitive guest fields are masked with audited reveal, and a Data Processing Agreement plus subprocessor list are published. No advertising trackers, ever.
What does the AI actually do?
It's optional and off by default. When you enable it, AI can extract structured lead details from an inquiry email and draft replies — always as a suggestion a human reviews before anything is saved or sent. Your inquiry text is not stored and is not used to train AI models.
How do my clients receive quotations?
As a secure private link by email — no account needed on their side. They review the quotation online and accept it with one click, which converts it into a booking in your workspace, complete with payment tracking and an automatic confirmation email.
Is payment handling secure?
Subscription payments run entirely on Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant pages — card details never touch CharterFlow CRM's servers. Your own charter-client payments are recorded in the CRM as bookkeeping entries; we never process your clients' cards.
